About The Position

The Registered Nurse assesses human responses and plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for individuals or families for whom the nurse is responsible. The Registered Nurse is fully responsible for all actions as a licensed nurse and is accountable to patients for the quality of care delivered. This role involves providing care on the Behavioral Health Geriatric Unit, which treats individuals aged 65 and over with acute psychiatric illness or symptom exacerbation of severe mental health disorders, potentially with medical comorbidities. The unit has 10 beds. Additionally, the role may involve care on the Behavioral Health Adult inpatient unit, which treats individuals aged 18-65 with acute psychiatric illness or symptom exacerbation of severe mental health disorders, potentially with comorbid substance abuse disorders and medical comorbidities. Requirements

Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
