About The Position
We are seeking an experienced RN - Psych to join our team at St Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT. This position focuses on Child/Adolescent psychiatric care. The schedule involves rotating shifts (7am-3:30pm, 3pm–11:30pm, 11pm-7:30am) and requires working every other weekend (EOW). The standard work week is 40 hours, with 5x8-hour shifts. Shift times may be negotiable and can be discussed with the manager during the interview. Preference is given to travelers who can work every weekend or mostly weekends.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Active and clear CT RN License (or compact license).
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

- Ability to work every weekend or mostly weekends is highly preferred for travelers.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric nursing care to children and adolescents.
- Work rotating shifts including days, evenings, and nights.
- Work every other weekend.
