About The Position
This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Behavioral Health for adult patients. The role involves providing care within a behavioral health setting, focusing on adult psychiatric and mental health needs. The schedule includes both night and day shifts.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification through the American Heart Association or equivalent.
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention), MOAB, or other behavioral crisis/de-escalation certification.
- Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing certification (PMH-BC).
- Minimum 1 year of Behavioral Health, Psychiatric, Mental Health, or Adult Inpatient Psych experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to adult patients in a behavioral health setting.
- Manage patient care during night and day shifts (19:00 - 07:30 / 07:00 - 19:30).
