About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead an interdisciplinary team in providing exceptional care and ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of residents. Responsibilities include oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations. The position involves supervising and guiding nursing staff, overseeing daily operations, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, conducting assessments and audits, providing mentorship and training, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requirements
- Valid state nursing license
- Advanced degree or certification preferred
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
