About The Position
This role is for an RN Ambulatory focused on Annual Wellness Visits at Empire Family Care. The nurse will be responsible for patient care from arrival to departure, prioritizing quality care and patient safety. The position is part of a supportive, close-knit clinic team that encourages collaboration and assists with day-to-day operations. The role offers a favorable schedule in a small office environment, emphasizing work-life balance with no nights or on-call duties.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
- BSN required within 7 years of hire If hired into Home Health or inpatient acute service line after July 1, 2024.
- Experience in an ambulatory setting is desirable.
Nice To Haves
- For those hired before July 1, 2024, it is encouraged to obtain a BSN.
Responsibilities
- Perform Annual Wellness Visits.
- Provide care for assigned patients from arrival until departure.
- Ensure quality care and patient safety.
- Assist with day-to-day operations as required for optimal patient care.
- Assist fellow teammates and providers when necessary.
