As part of this team, you’ll play a vital role in providing compassionate, patient-centered care in an ambulatory setting. As an RN-Ambulatory, you will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. You’ll utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and their families. This role supports patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring clinical competence and effective communication in a dynamic ambulatory environment.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
- Current BLS or ACLS per Henry Ford Health policy.
- Successful completion of Henry Ford Ambulatory orientation.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Preferred experience in the specialty.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and their families.
- Delegate, supervise, and document nursing care and patient teaching.
- Effectively communicate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Demonstrate clinical competence and maintain current clinical knowledge in your area of specialty.
