About The Position

Full time RN for our alcohol detox unit (General RN). This is a 13-week contract position. The schedule includes one full-time day shift, one full-time night shift, two 8-hour shifts, and two 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. This position is contingent upon successful completion of all required pre-employment screenings, which may include a background check, drug test, physical examination, and respirator fit testing in accordance with contract and facility requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or associate degree in Nursing from an accredited university.
• Successful passage of the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX).
• Valid, active RN license in at least one state, territory, or commonwealth of the United States.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of acute care hospital nursing in Medical Surgical care.

Nice To Haves

• ACLS certification if required by the client.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in an alcohol detox unit.
• Work a schedule that includes day and night shifts, 8-hour and 12-hour shifts.
• Include weekends and holidays as needed.
