About The Position

This position is located at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital (CRMH) Rehab in Roanoke, VA working full time, weeknights, 7pm-7am with every other weekend. This position is eligible for the following: $25K Sign On Bonus Available for Experienced RNs $15K Sign on Bonus Available for New Grad RNs The RN provides professional nursing care to patients across all age groups, supporting patient-centered care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. This role collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

Graduate of a State Board of Nursing approved program required.
None (experience).
Current Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Virginia required or eligibility to obtain licensure required.
AHA BLS-HCP required.
Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required based on assigned work area.
Keyboarding skills and computer literacy required, including use of electronic medical records.
For Behavioral Health roles, must demonstrate ability to safely manage disruptive or potentially violent patients.

Responsibilities

Provides individualized patient care and coordinates care delivery for patients of all ages.

Completes and documents age-specific assessments to support the development of care plans.
