RN Adult Critical Care - Full time

Experienced RN? Let's talk. Pay is determined by experience, and seasoned RN's can expect placement toward the mid to upper end of our wage scale (DOE). This is a Night Shift position, 6:00pm - 6:30am; including every other weekend. By joining our team, you are committing to placing the patient and their care first. Job Summary: Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients and their designated support person(s); supervising assigned team members. Nursing care is rendered to all patients in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, hospital, Nursing Department and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 1 -2 years of previous nursing experience preferred
- Active Washington State RN license or Compact License
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification card
- ALS and NIHSS required within 6 months of hire
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and respect
- Interacting positively with patients, family members, and visitors
- Collaborating with our dynamic interdisciplinary team
- Computer proficiency
