About The Position

The Certified Mobile Research Nurse (CMRN) is a Registered Nursing per diem/PRN position for EmVenio. The CMRN is responsible for setting appointments within the required visitation window to complete mobile visits for study participants. This role involves working cooperatively with Clinical Project Managers, Coordinators, and site personnel to complete visits and submit accurate source documentation. The position focuses on visiting an Adolescent to Adult population (ages 12-65) and performing specific clinical skills during mobile visits.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Two (2) years' experience in starting and performing Phlebotomy/Peripheral Blood Draw, IVs, and Subcutaneous Injections (date of last practice within 6 months, preferred).
• One (1) year of experience collecting vital signs, ECG, urine samples, and performing urine pregnancy tests.
• Must have and maintain a current, unrestricted license as a RN in the state(s) of practice.
• Skilled at collecting accurate, detailed patient records including documentation of medical history and medication charting.
• Excellent observational, verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have and maintain a current CPR certification.
• Must have and maintain a current TB Test.

Nice To Haves

• Licensed driver with good driving record and automobile insurance in accordance with state and/or agency requirements and in good repair.
• An ability to speak other languages.

Responsibilities

• Setting appointments within the required visitation window to complete mobile visits for study participants.
• Working cooperatively with Clinical Project Managers, Coordinators, and site personnel to complete visits.
• Submitting accurate source documentation.
• Performing blood and urine specimen collection and processing.
• Administering subcutaneous injections.
• Managing and dropping off IP (Investigational Product).
• Conducting simultaneous visits with another clinician (1 unblinded, 1 blinded).
• Performing dosing visits twice weekly (must be at least 48 hours apart).
