About The Position

This is a full-time, 100% FTE position for a Registered Nurse (RN) with an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) specializing in Burn and Wound care. The role is based at UW Health Swedish American Hospital and operates on a day shift schedule of four 10-hour days, Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 5 PM. Additional compensation components include evening, night, and weekend shift differentials, overtime pay, and on-call pay. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
Bi-annual CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

Specialty certification in area of concentration.
ACLS certification within two years of hire (for 9th Floor Only).

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care in Burn and Wound specialty.
Work a 10-hour day shift, four days a week (M-F, 7 AM - 5 PM).
Potentially work evenings, nights, weekends, and be on-call, with associated differentials and pay.
Participate in shared governance structure.
Contribute to fostering a workplace that creates belonging.
