About The Position

Elite Day Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Administrator for its location in Greer, SC. This role is for a dedicated healthcare professional with leadership experience and a passion for serving adults with cognitive and physical disabilities. The position offers a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, with operating hours from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with no weekends, holidays, or on-call duties. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff and budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working towards census growth goals.

Requirements

• Active RN License in good standing (Required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills (Required)
• Experience managing staff and overseeing budgets (Required)
• Motivated, outgoing personality (Required)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and special needs adult care (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Day Center, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgeting, staffing, and enrollment to maintain and grow center participation.
• Facilitate effective communication among multidisciplinary staff to promote smooth workflows.
• Conduct tours and outreach to potential members, families, and referral sources.
• Supervise the admission process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and maintained.
• Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and maintain records in accordance with DHP/DHHS & SC DSS standards.
• Work towards monthly census growth goals to expand community impact.
