About The Position

Seeking an Information Assurance Engineer to design, implement, and manage policies and procedures to ensure software security for the mission management software for heterogeneous, proliferated satellite constellations. Your ability to lead and apply security expertise to deliver security plans, accreditation, and compliance to security requirements for the mission management software which controls the satellite constellations will be required to be successful executing this critical defense program.

Requirements

3+ years of experience delivering and executing security plans, accreditation, and compliance to DCO-S security requirements
Experience as a security engineer, designing, implementing, and managing policies and procedures to ensure software security
Knowledge of implementing configuration management processes in a DevSecOps or Agile development environment
Ability to work onsite at an accredited SCIF/SAPF to support classified system integration
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

Experience in supporting design reviews, configuration audits, and evaluations of software products to ensure proper identification, control, and status accounting of the software baseline for each system
Experience assessing information systems to determine risk exposures and assisting in the development of prevention procedures and policies
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred
AR 25-2 Information Assurance (IA) Certification

Responsibilities
