About The Position

ZT Systems is seeking a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Supervisor to manage end-to-end demand, supply and inventory allocation. The RMA Manager will ensure accurate validation of non-production service parts while defining and initiating various cross functional types of KPI, metrics, analysis and projects, in and out of the current RMA/RTV/Service Parts Warehouse and Returns Receiving Operations Management areas

Requirements

  • Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • 0-2+ years of related work experience in supply chain management, logistics, operations planning or similar functional areas
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications especially Word, Outlook and Excel and ERP systems
  • Good cross function communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - ability to manage multiple projects/assignments simultaneously
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and schedule tasks for the most efficient use of time
  • Understanding of pick/pack/ship operations in high volume warehouse environment
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with both internal partners and external clients

Nice To Haves

  • Service parts, and/or customer service related experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work on projects to create/modify current service parts demand forecasting tool and initiate process/procedure/structure for on time decision making of service parts purchasing/supply with streamlined communication among corporate procurement, RMA, finance, and IT
  • Work with RMA (Customer communication window) to build consensus-based service parts demand plan with main customers and to support reducing parts back order
  • Work with Service Parts Warehouse and Return Receiving Operation Management Team to identify and manage on-hand non-production parts inventory
  • Conduct Internal Inventory Accuracy Audits
  • Manage frequent and periodic internal validation of inventory accuracy for company technician-maintained locations with RMA team
  • Co-manage regular cycle count and physical count of warehouse inventory with Service Parts Warehouse and Return Receiving Operation Management Team
  • Work with RMA, RTV, Service Parts Warehouse and Return Receiving Operation Management Team to identify, develop, and maintain performance and finance KPI per each or cross section.
  • Work with IT, finance, procurement, and logistics to identify key areas to improve service, operational excellency, and cost
  • Define and initiate any type of process improvement projects in the field of service parts demand, supply, planning, and physical logistics operations interacting and working with any necessary members in/out of RMA/RTV/Service Parts Warehouse and Return Receiving Operations Management
