About The Position

As a Risk Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that may impact our operations and projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and project management to ensure that risks are proactively identified and addressed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
2+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in the aerospace industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in risk management software and tools
Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to risk management

Nice To Haves

Experience in project management is a plus
Professional certifications in risk management (e.g. CRM, ARM) are preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks and their potential impact on the company's operations and projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk management strategies and plans
Monitor and analyze key risk indicators to identify emerging risks and trends
Develop and maintain risk registers and ensure that risks are appropriately logged and tracked
Conduct regular risk reviews and provide updates to senior management
Work closely with project managers to ensure that risks are identified and managed throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to minimize the impact of potential risks
Provide guidance and support to teams on risk management best practices
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to risk management and make recommendations for improvement as needed
Participate in internal and external audits related to risk management and compliance
Prepare reports and presentations on risk management activities and findings for senior management and other stakeholders
