The Enterprise Risk Management team’s mission is to help establish a strong risk management practice across a high-growth and evolving organization. The team partners closely with business leaders and risk teams to identify, assess, monitor, and address operational, strategic, and emerging risks across the company. Team members support enterprise-wide governance efforts and contribute to strengthening the organization’s overall control environment. You’ll join a team that values thoughtful analysis, clear communication, and practical risk management approaches that support business objectives! As an Enterprise Risk Manager, you will help build, maintain, and mature Robinhood’s enterprise-wide risk management program. You will support risk identification activities, evaluate risks associated with new products and business changes, and contribute to the ongoing development of risk frameworks and governance processes. The role requires close partnership with business teams and leadership to assess risk exposure, improve controls, and support informed decision-making. You’ll also help establish and monitor risk appetite statements, risk tolerance thresholds, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) aligned to organizational priorities. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
