Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with significant exposure to computer programming
Minimum 3 years of experience in data governance or analytics platform development
Proficiency in Python, with solid understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SDLC practices
Strong communication skills to partner across functional areas. Risk and control mindset with critical thinking and solution design skills

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with data governance and records management concepts
Exposure to entitlement management, access governance, and role-based access control frameworks
Experience with large data sets, data quality controls, and governed reporting
Knowledge of Python web frameworks such as Tornado, TypeScript, and React
Proficiency with modern digital tools, including AI assistants and best practices for their use

Responsibilities

Manage MRGR server and technology asset lifecycle, coordinating compliance efforts with technology partners. Drive process engineering and software development for model risk technology
Coordinate MRGR data quality, entitlement governance, and access management initiatives. Develop tools to automate data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance processes
Identify opportunities and build intelligent solutions for MRGR data governance
Assist in project management and coordination of regulatory deliverables
