About The Position

The Risk Mgmt Representative supports all aspects of the risk management, worker's compensation, and/or insurance programs of FMOLHS by preparing reports of activities within department, submitting invoices, and reconciling financials for accurate budgetary assignment and any other administrative support needed in the department.

Requirements

• 5 years in relevant healthcare related
• High School

Responsibilities

• Prepares payment vouchers for departmental invoices.
• Reviews accuracy of financial payments.
• Provides monthly reconciliation of all billing and research discrepancies.
• Prepares statistical reports for risk management or workers' compensation.
• Prepare summary data for annual workers compensation reports and other state, federal agencies or incident reporting.
• Distributes reports to managers, department heads, and others as required.
• Reviews subpoenas and forwards to appropriate parties.
• Assists with scheduling of depositions and court appearances.
• Monitors departmental projects to ensure timely completion and assists other team members.
• Answers phone, takes accurate messages, does filing and data entry to assist other team members.
