Responsibilities

Conduct requirement-gathering discussions and workshops with internal and client stakeholders to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical requirements in line with project goals.
Assist in feasibility analysis by reviewing functional documents, noting preliminary constraints, and preparing impact summaries for potential changes.
Contribute to solution design by identifying customization requirements across multiple modules, basis understanding of functional requirements and its linkage to technical requirements.
Execute required customizations, apply configuration changes across multiple modules within the existing system and support implementation of business processes.
Participate in integration design for multiple modules and assess the data flow between multiple applications.
Analyze performance issues and optimize configurations, queries, or integrations across multiple applications.
Create detailed functional and technical documentation including design documents and process documents.
