About The Position

As a Risk Management Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the protection and operational success of Park MGM and New York New York. In this role, you’ll support property loss and damage claims, assist with first-party subrogation efforts, submit Notices of Tender when appropriate, and help oversee the Certificates of Insurance program - all while upholding our Corporate Risk standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience in guest service-related field, administrative support or equivalent required
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather documentation in support of claim investigations while ensuring accurate data entry into claims management systems
  • Print Executive Brief Reports for review with Director and set up assigned claims and initiate handling
  • Process check requests and payments in connection with claim management
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while communicating with patrons and have the ability to handle complex customer phone calls
  • Review Certificate of Insurance and submit requests for corrections to the certificate to meet company standards as set for by contractual documentation
  • Answer phone calls, take messages when necessary, and order supplies for the department as needed
