This role will assist with insured claims & litigation for sectors including Office, Multifamily, Hospitality and Logistics.

Requirements

• Monitor status of claims and update litigation database and electronic files
• Gather information needed to defend litigation
• Assist with written discovery responses
• Respond to routine subpoenas
• Coordinate information collection between outside counsel and field personnel
• Manage legal hold process for assigned claims
• Prepare reports and statuses as requested
• Additional projects and duties as assigned
• Other duties may be assigned
