About The Position
W.B. Mason is seeking a Risk Management Analyst – Property and Casualty Risk Specialist to support and strengthen our enterprise risk management operations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to manage complex Property and Casualty programs while partnering closely with internal teams to reduce exposure, improve outcomes, and support organizational growth!
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in risk management, insurance, or claims
- Risk analyst experience
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with the ability to multitask
- Strong analytical, data-driven mindset
- Commercial Property/Casualty experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to lift/move up to 20 lbs
Responsibilities
- Manage Auto Liability, Auto Physical Damage, General Liability, and Workers' Compensation claims.
- Analyze claims.
- Prepare loss reports.
- Investigate property damage claims.
- Collaborate with Fleet Management for timely processing.
- Support insurance renewals.
- Manage certificates of insurance.
- Oversee vendor credentialing.
- Handle Ohio and Washington Workers' Compensation filings.
- Reconcile premiums and invoices.
- Review insurance contract compliance.
