As a Risk Management Advisor, you will build relationships with referral partners who connect you with potential clients who need insurance. Then you help those clients protect their homes, vehicles, and assets by recommending the right insurance coverage for their needs. You’ll start with a $48,000 base salary while building your pipeline, plus 50% commission on every new policy you sell. Our Year-1 new business sales target is $50,000, which puts first-year advisors on pace for ~$73,000 total income including base salary. Top performers have earned significantly more than this in their first year. Over time, the book of business you build begins generating renewal income, creating a long-term career where past work continues to pay you.
