About The Position

This position is responsible for delivering outstanding player support on Risk & Fraud matters, including account issues, verification, and document reviews. The role involves reviewing alerts and player activity to detect and prevent fraud across sportsbooks and casino platforms. It requires conducting account due diligence using back-office tools to identify suspicious or unusual player behavior, and investigating escalations from various teams. The analyst will monitor daily reports, analyze account activity to identify potential risk, and track accounts requiring reporting to state authorities. Identifying emerging fraud trends and preparing Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) narratives are key responsibilities. This role also involves preparing weekly Compliance Reports and escalating incidents that could impact player protection, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding player support on Risk & Fraud matters, including account issues, verification, and document reviews.
  • Review alerts and player activity to detect and prevent fraud across our sportsbook and casino platforms.
  • Conduct account due diligence using back-office tools to identify suspicious or unusual player behaviour.
  • Investigate escalations from Payments, KYC, Customer Support, Compliance, and VIP teams.
  • Monitor daily reports to spot and mitigate fraudulent or suspicious activity across player accounts.
  • Analyze deposits, withdrawals, sportsbook wagering, casino play, and other account activity to identify potential risk and determine when additional verification is needed.
  • Track and document accounts requiring reporting to state authorities and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify emerging fraud trends and player behaviour patterns, keeping Supervisors, Team Leads, and Managers informed.
  • Prepare Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) case narratives and supporting documentation for Management review.
  • Review and prepare weekly Compliance Reports for committee meetings.
  • Escalate incidents, system issues, bugs, and process malfunctions that could impact player protection, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.
