The Risk Coordinator will assist in the implementation of Team Member safety training and regulatory compliance programs. This role involves training and maintaining required programs in compliance with ADA Title III Codes, OSHA (Haz-Com, Bloodborne Pathogens, Hearing Conservation, etc.). The coordinator will recommend changes to properties to reduce safety problems and ensure compliance with state fire codes and OSHA regulations, while maintaining C-1 and C-3 files confidentially and organized. This position requires continuing education to stay updated on workers’ compensation and related regulatory agencies, and acting in a manner consistent with the Company’s goals. The Risk Coordinator will serve as a liaison for workers’ compensation claims, working with Corporate Risk Management to identify trends and conduct investigations to gather documentation and witness statements. Additionally, this role will establish and maintain CPR/AED/First Aid training for interested Team Members and may perform duties in other functional areas.
