About The Position

The Retail Risk Associate supports the Retail Risk Department’s mission to prevent, detect, and resolve loss. The role safeguards the security of Aritzia’s people, intellectual property, information, product, property, and financial assets by supporting daily loss-prevention activities in a boutique through a strong on-floor presence and exceptional service. The position offers opportunities for continued growth and development, including in Enterprise Risk Management.

Requirements

• Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in retail risk management.
• Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
• Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
• Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the safety and wellbeing of people, clients, and communities in the boutique.
• Protect the confidentiality of intellectual property, personal information, and corporate information in the boutique.
• Safeguard boutique merchandise through theft deterrence and inventory controls.
• Monitor and reinforce the security of the boutique’s physical environment.
• Protect the integrity of financial assets and proactively prevent fraudulent activity in the boutique.
