About The Position

A facility near Laurel, Montana, is seeking a full-time Risk and Patient Safety Manager to join their team. This role leads risk management and patient safety initiatives by supporting incident investigation, event evaluation, and identification of potential claims, property loss, and organizational risk exposures across departments. The Risk and Patient Safety Manager analyzes patient safety and risk data to identify trends and patterns, driving proactive performance improvement (PI) initiatives and the development of corrective action plans. This role will partner with operational leaders and the Quality Management team to design and implement strategies that enhance patient safety, reduce risk, and improve overall health outcomes.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse License is required
• A Bachelors of Science in Nursing is required
• Experience in healthcare or equivalent experience in healthcare and education

Nice To Haves

• Masters Degree or Higher preferred
