  • Proven ability to translate complex requirements into structured processes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in nonprofit or tax-exempt organizations
  • Experience operating independently and managing complex, cross-functional processes
  • Exposure to entity management, corporate governance, or regulatory filings

  • Maintain centralized, audit-ready governance records (e.g., bylaws, board documentation, tax filings)
  • Monitor organizational activities to ensure alignment with tax-exempt requirements and mission-related objectives
  • Support UBIT risk mitigation and guidance on permissible revenue-generating activities
  • Drive rollout and adherence to global compliance policies, ensuring alignment with local legal obligations and documented deviations
  • Execute due diligence processes for vendors, partners, and financial institutions (e.g., KYC, sanctions screening)
  • Manage documentation for onboarding, banking, and governance changes
  • Strengthen documentation standards and identify gaps in compliance controls
  • Maintain compliance trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor risk and compliance status
  • Support development of internal controls, SOPs, and workflows to demonstrate regulatory compliance
  • Assist with enterprise risk assessments, mitigation tracking, and audit readiness
  • Support internal reviews and investigations, including documentation and reporting
  • Coordinate regulatory notifications and reportable events (e.g., data breaches) in alignment with global protocols
  • Handle sensitive matters with high confidentiality and professionalism
  • Monitor and synthesize regulatory developments (e.g., GDPR, AI regulations) and support policy updates
  • Coordinate board governance processes, disclosures, and compliance documentation
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Finance, and others on worker classification, grants, and compliance matters
