Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field required
  • 3+ years compliance, risk management, or audit roles, preferably within a credit union or financial institution.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a contact center environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs specific to contact center operations.
  • Monitor regulatory changes (e.g., NCUA, CFPB, BSA/AML, TCPA) and assess their impact on contact center procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks within the contact center environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk response strategies and corrective action plans.
  • Maintain and update risk reporting and incident logs.
  • Design and deliver compliance and risk training for contact center staff and leadership.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between compliance, legal, and contact center teams.
  • Promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior across all levels of the contact center.
  • Prepare and present risk and compliance reports to senior leadership and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities, findings, and resolutions.
  • Evaluate and enhance contact center processes to reduce risk exposure and improve compliance efficiency.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Quality team on aligning call evaluations with the compliance and risk program.
  • Other duties as assigned.
