We are seeking a Risk Analyst I to support enterprise risk management activities by identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling, and reporting key risks across the organization. In this role, you will assess enterprise exposures and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen risk mitigation strategies and improve overall control effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in data analysis and risk mitigation, along with at least 3 years operating in Agile environments. You will leverage strong program management capabilities to manage competing priorities, ensure risk initiatives stay on track, and deliver timely, high-quality outcomes that align with business objectives. This position requires hands-on experience with Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and Process Risk & Control Identification (PRCI), as well as a solid understanding of risk management frameworks, principles, and internal controls. Success in this role depends on strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, build collaborative partnerships, and drive meaningful change. Experience in People Risk—including workforce, conduct, or HR-related risk areas—is highly valued, along with a background in Human Resources, Human Capital Management, or a related discipline. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week.
