Risk Analyst - AI Trainer - Freelance - 8-20hrs/week
About The Position
We are 10x.team, a platform connecting fractional and freelance professionals to leading AI labs. We empower experts like you to improve and teach advanced AI systems. In this role, you will review and refine AI-generated responses related to risk analysis, risk management, compliance, and assessment methodologies. You will evaluate outputs for technical accuracy, practical business alignment, and relevance to real-world risk management scenarios. Your tasks will include drafting complex risk scenarios, creating variations from different business perspectives, and identifying weaknesses in AI logic regarding risk identification, mitigation, reporting, KPIs, compliance requirements, or scenario realism. Essentially, you will assess and improve AI content to ensure it reflects up-to-date risk management practices and applies real-world logic. This is not direct risk management or consulting, but rather an opportunity to help improve how AI understands and reasons about risk at scale.
Requirements
- Experienced risk analyst, risk manager, compliance specialist, or similar.
- Based in the EU or UK.
- Several years of experience in risk analysis, risk management, compliance, or assessment frameworks.
- Used to evaluating risk processes and recommending improvements.
- Comfortable identifying flawed logic, unrealistic risk strategies, or weak compliance plans.
- Available 8 to 20 hours a week alongside professional activities.
- Able to start in the coming weeks.
Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated responses related to risk analysis, risk management, compliance, and assessment methodologies.
- Evaluate outputs for technical accuracy, practical business alignment, and relevance to real-world risk management scenarios.
- Draft complex risk scenarios, such as regulatory risk assessments, operational risk mitigation plans, risk reporting, and compliance strategies.
- Create variations of the same scenario from different business perspectives (analyst, risk manager, compliance officer, business leader, decision-maker).
- Identify weaknesses in AI logic regarding risk identification, mitigation, reporting, KPIs, compliance requirements, or scenario realism.
