About The Position

This role is responsible for analyzing data flows, business processes, and operational controls supporting critical enterprise activities. The position applies analytical thinking, process management, risk assessment, and technology capabilities to identify data quality concerns, process inefficiencies, control gaps, and operational risks while supporting efforts to improve data integrity, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes. The role partners with stakeholders across business, risk, finance, operations, technology, audit, and other functions to support issue resolution, process improvement, and informed decision-making. Global Risk Analytics (GRA) is a sub-line of business within Global Risk Management (GRM). The GRA team provides quantitative capabilities supporting global risk management and capital management and develops a consistent set of risk and capital models and analytical tools that support decision making across the bank.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business processes, data flows, and operational data to identify data integrity and quality concerns, trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities to improve the accuracy, completeness, and effectiveness of critical business processes and outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders across business, risk, finance, operations, technology, and audit functions to support process evaluations, issue resolution, and improvement initiatives.
  • Leverage data analytics, reporting, automation, AI-enabled tools, and quantitative techniques to identify trends, communicate insights, and improve business outcomes.
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate performance metrics, risks, trends, and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Support governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen controls, enhance process resiliency, and increase operational effectiveness.
