About The Position

This is a hybrid role for a Risk Adjustment Campaign Associate, requiring 3 days per week in the office at one of our Portland, Medford, Burlington, Vancouver, Renton, Boise, Lewiston, Spokane, or Salt Lake City offices. Candidates must reside within commutable distance of their chosen location. The role is part of the Risk Adjustment team, focusing on ongoing activities related to Medicare Advantage and Commercial risk adjustment campaigns. Working under the direction of the Manager of Campaign Execution and collaborating with cross-functional teams, the associate is responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance of these campaigns. A key responsibility includes internal EMR medical record retrieval for all Risk Adjustment campaigns, all in service of creating a person-focused health care experience. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about serving others, eager to learn, and who thrive in a collaborative, caring team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, project management, healthcare, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a project support role (preferably within health care), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to manage small, less complex projects with minimum supervision.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in project management methods and techniques.
  • Ability to interpret service provider contracts and statements of work (SOW).
  • Ability to track and monitor service provider performance and delivery quality against service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of leadership.
  • Must reside within commutable distance of one of the specified office locations (Portland, Medford, Burlington, Vancouver, Renton, Boise, Lewiston, Spokane or Salt Lake City).

Nice To Haves

  • Certificate or training in Project Management
  • CPC and CRC certification
  • Knowledge of Facets, PIMS, and claims processes
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings

Responsibilities

  • Monitors daily vendor performance against project schedule.
  • Supports the preparation of project reports and presentation of information to management, project teams, and client/customer groups.
  • Monitors project documentation for compliance with standards.
  • Develops and maintains the overall project documentation library ensuring that all documentation is established, maintained and retained as necessary in project databases.
  • Applies continuous quality improvement techniques and methodologies to all facets of job responsibility.
  • May plan and manage small, well-defined projects or sub-projects under the general direction of more senior project managers.
  • May retrieve medical records for MA and ACA campaigns through internal EMR access based on production goals set by the manager of Risk Adjustment Campaigns.
