Job Purpose This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities from a large, existing customer base; and retaining existing business by adding value to the customers through the provision of a proactive and personalised account management experience for the Capricorn Mutual product and insurance broking side of our business. The Mutual product is kind of like insurance, but different. Think of it as an alternative to insurance!
