About The Position

Provide front line support for onboarding, data collection, renewals, certificates tracking, and Day-to-day member servicing for Real Estate clients Property and Casualty insurance programs.

Requirements

1+ years, Commercial Insurance Agency experience preferred.
Active P&C license or willingness to get one when hired
Bachelor’s degree, Risk Management Preferred
Sagitta and / or other Agency Management System and Image Right preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc)
Experience using an Agency Management System such as Sagitta.
Highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage numerous follow-ups, meetings, and data points simultaneously

Responsibilities

Analyze policy data
Coordinate member onboarding tasks, data intake, and documentation.
Support renewal preparation (schedules, exposure data, follow‑ups, trackers).
Prepare meeting materials (monthly reviews, stewardship decks, action logs).
Maintain service trackers, contact lists, and knowledge bases.
Surface member issues promptly; follow through to resolution.
