About The Position

Provide front line support for onboarding, data collection, renewals, certificates tracking, and Day-to-day member servicing for Real Estate clients Property and Casualty insurance programs.

Requirements

  • 1+ years, Commercial Insurance Agency experience preferred.
  • Active P&C license or willingness to get one when hired
  • Bachelor’s degree, Risk Management Preferred
  • Sagitta and / or other Agency Management System and Image Right preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc)
  • Experience using an Agency Management System such as Sagitta.
  • Highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage numerous follow-ups, meetings, and data points simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Analyze policy data
  • Coordinate member onboarding tasks, data intake, and documentation.
  • Support renewal preparation (schedules, exposure data, follow‑ups, trackers).
  • Prepare meeting materials (monthly reviews, stewardship decks, action logs).
  • Maintain service trackers, contact lists, and knowledge bases.
  • Surface member issues promptly; follow through to resolution.
