Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field required.
  • Five or more (5+) years of related experience (ideally in professional services and/or project management).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional real estate license in applicable state or the ability to obtain one within 3 months (90 days) of hire is required.

Responsibilities

  • Receive broad guidance relating to overall key objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters and general parameters for execution. Receive direction as needed, and especially on highly complex assignments. Independently apply extensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields. Review work produced by staff for quality assurance.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for project due diligence but also during construction activities for the projects.
  • Oversee the workflow on projects, including initial project kick-off and daily metrics, ensuring close coordination with internal teams.
  • Coordinate multiple projects; create and/or update project plans (monitor the acquisition processes, proactively communicate with project stakeholders).
  • Partake in project planning for ROW with senior leadership.
  • Work with senior leadership on business development opportunities.
  • Prepare project tracking reports, reconcile database, and ensure project schedules and budget are met.
  • Anticipate changes in project process and scope and proactively take responsibility in problem solving.
