About The Position

Seeking an experienced Right-of-Way professional (5+ years) to manage landowner relations, easement and permit acquisition, title research, damage claims, and access coordination for ongoing pipeline integrity and maintenance projects.

• Experience in easement and permit acquisition
• Experience in title research
• Experience in damage claims
• Experience in access coordination

Nice To Haves

• Strong background in right-of-way acquisition and land administration
• Experience supporting midstream pipeline operations and integrity programs
• Title research experience preferred
• Proficiency with GIS mapping systems, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and online research tools
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Support land and right-of-way activities for pipeline integrity, corrosion, and maintenance projects
• Coordinate landowner communications, access agreements, temporary workspace arrangements, and project notifications
• Research easement rights, title records, and ownership information
• Prepare reports, title updates, and landowner claim documentation
• Negotiate easements, permits, licenses, and other real property agreements
• Secure permits and approvals from private, local, state, and federal agencies
• Investigate, negotiate, and resolve property damage claims
• Manage projects independently with minimal supervision
