In this role, you will join the field team that keeps projects moving while helping landowners feel informed, heard, and respected. The Role As a Right of Way Agent in Illinois, you will serve as the connection between Halo, our clients, and local landowners. This project runs from Peoria to Bloomington, with work throughout the surrounding region, including Springfield and nearby communities. You will help secure easements, surface use agreements, access rights, and other documents needed for energy and infrastructure projects. Your work may support power, pipeline, road, utility, forestry, or site access needs. You will explain project details, answer questions, negotiate agreements, and carefully document each interaction. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, spending time in the field, and following through on commitments. Agents are expected to work primarily from the field and travel regularly throughout the project area. Per diem is offered for eligible travel.
