This position is responsible for observing, evaluating, coordinating, and overseeing third-party contractors on operating facilities to ensure right of way compliance with established Company standards, specifications, and local, state, and federal regulations. The role involves managing relationships with landowners, negotiating land rights, and resolving disputes. It also includes evaluating and maintaining right of way records, researching property ownership, preparing right of way documents, and analyzing various legal agreements related to right of way. The agent will work with the legal organization on litigation and provide training and mentoring to other employees.
