Requirements

5+ years of experience rigging and operating heavy equipment
Experience with working with mobile cranes to lift large objects into position and removal
Knowledge of hand signals, rigging gear, inspection, and proper use
Ability to ascend and descend up to 120 feet
Ability to perform basic maintenance on vehicles and equipment
Ability to obtain a Class A CDL
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Rigger or Signal Person Certification

Nice To Haves

Experience working with a forklift on Telehandlers up to 12,000 lbs
Experience with welding
Experience with fabrication
Experience working on overhead cranes
Ability to read and work off blueprints
Mobile elevated Work Platform (MEWP) Certification
Forklift training Certification
Fall Protection training Certification
