About The Position
FLINT is seeking Journeyperson Rig Welders with Carbon Steel & Stainless Steel pipe experience for a temporary position in Clairmont, AB starting ASAP. In this position, you will enjoy a 12 Days In & 2 Days Out schedule, 10-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply. This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Stainless and/or Carbon Steel Pipe welding.
- Valid Journeyperson Welder certificate/ticket.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: WHMIS
- Possess the mandatory welding tickets: B-Pressure, Class-A, CWB, FCAW/MCAW
- Must have a fully equipped welding truck with valid registration and insurance.
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
