About The Position

FLINT is seeking Journeyperson Rig Welders with 3+ years' experience for a temporary 3-week role in Clairmont (Grande Prairie), Alberta, starting August 17th, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 12 days on & 2 days off schedule, 12-hour workdays, $175/day LOA, travel pay of up to 5 hours each way, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in rig welding.
• Valid Journeyperson Welder certificate/ticket.
• Mandatory welding tickets: B-Pressure, CWB.
• Must have a fully equipped welding truck with valid registration and insurance.
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
