Requirements

• Proven experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in logistics coordination and customer relations at rig sites.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate logistics activities efficiently.
• Comprehensive understanding of the billing process, including billing cycles and invoicing procedures.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, with experience in SAP being a significant plus.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong skills in managing and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Strong data entry and processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives customer requests from the commercial front end.
• Manages the logistics coordination of all Rig Direct deliveries with CFE, yards, carriers, and other service providers, providing the necessary instructions for timely delivery of the right product to the customer.
• Controls the execution of deliveries by yards and carriers, facilitating and resolving execution problems.
• Processes receptions, dispatches, transformations, and rig returns in SAP.
• Ensures that SAP reflects the correct quantity and accurate product descriptions.
• Reconciles the stocks of all third-party yards holding Rig Direct stock.
• Processes the rig return calculators and the postings in SAP required for the Net Invoicing scheme of Rig Direct.
• Manages all Rig Direct execution projects related to new third-party yards, system implementations, new service requirements of customers, and logistics optimization.
