Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak English.
Exceptional interpersonal abilities
A commitment to great customer service
Ability to lift, carry, push and pull 50lbs.
Must be comfortable with heights
Must successfully pass the company provided and paid American Red Cross certification trainings to include CPR and AED
Must be able to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stop moving objects depending on work location.
Seasonal Ambassadors MUST have 5 days of unrestricted (12 continuous hrs. within operating hours for the area) availability to include both weekend days and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service while delivering thrills and excitement.
Respond to and exceed guest requirements, expectations, and needs.
Consistently practice safe work habits, including the use of personal protection equipment (PPE).
Monitor rides, following all safety regulations.
Ensure guests meet ride admission requirements.
Assist in loading and unloading guests from rides.
Interact with guests while implementing park safety guidelines.
Participate in American Red Cross and organization audit processes.
Attend in-service meetings and cross-train to work in other park areas.
Maintain the cleanliness of your area.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Report unsafe situations.
