About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing all rides and attractions within Nickelodeon Universe. The role involves ensuring the safety and operational readiness of attractions through regular inspections, timely repairs, and prompt response to issues. Additionally, the position requires providing excellent guest service and collaborating with other team members.

Requirements

Minimum three years mechanical/electrical experience in commercial/industrial applications OR completion of a two year vocational technical program required.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficient oral and written communication required.

Nice To Haves

Previous knowledge in basic principles and practice in one or more of the following areas is required: mechanical and electrical repair, hydraulics or pneumatics.
Previous knowledge and safe use of a variety of related electrical equipment and/or tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair rides and attractions within Nickelodeon Universe.
Complete ride opening inspections and repairs as assigned.
Respond to trouble calls in a timely and professional manner.
Complete work orders timely, professionally and with safe and quality workmanship.
Ensure the overall safety of the immediate work area as well as surrounding areas.
Provide outstanding internal and external guest service.
Assist and support Ride Tech II as assigned.
Properly document and communicate relevant information and problems.
Maintain effective and professional communication with management and co-workers.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Regular, reliable and consistent attendance.
Additional duties as assigned.
