The RHS Program Director will lead the efforts of assigned RHRC programs, with primary responsibility for administering technical assistance (TA) efforts delivered within the Cooperative Agreement. This role involves overseeing the cooperative agreement in partnership with the RHRC grant administrator, assisting with legal agreements, and serving as the primary contact between the RHRC, HRSA, technical partners, and stakeholders. The Director will oversee workplan activities, including stakeholder engagement, application processes, and TA plan development and implementation. Key responsibilities include identifying, prioritizing, and selecting rural hospitals, developing monitoring processes for TA activities, building relationships with participant hospitals and communities, and leading agenda preparation and coordination for project meetings. The role also involves leading programmatic webinars and presentations, providing leadership and support to new and other assigned programs, and attending various project-related and team meetings.
