Requirements

MD or DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Rheumatology
Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Illinois
Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice
Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
J-1 waiver sponsorship available

Responsibilities

Mon-Fri 8-4:30; 4.5 work week
Clinic schedule 20-22 patients per day
Diagnose and treat rheumatological conditions and diseases
Occasional Inpatient consult service
Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences
Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination

Initial 2-year salary guarantee of approximately $245,000 - $350,000 with the ability to exceed compensation and receive 100% of the upside on an innovative compensation program.
