About The Position
Our client is a growing, physician-aligned healthcare organization expanding its specialty services across Central Florida. They are currently in the process of acquiring an established rheumatology practice, while also building out rheumatology as a service line. This creates a unique opportunity to step into an existing patient base or help grow a program from the ground up. The Rheumatologist will diagnose and treat rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, and a full spectrum of autoimmune conditions. This is primarily an outpatient position with the option to incorporate inpatient work if desired. The provider will have access to an on-site infusion center and a full support team.
Requirements
- Board Eligible / Board Certified in Rheumatology
- Fellowship Trained
- Active Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- Open to New Graduates
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, and a full spectrum of autoimmune conditions.
- See approximately 16 patients per day.
- Work in an outpatient setting with the option for inpatient work.
- Manage full scope rheumatology cases.
- Utilize the on-site infusion center.
- Perform procedures such as joint injections, based on preference.

- $275,000 – $300,000 Base Salary
- 35% of Collections Above $200,000 per Quarter
