OTR CDL- A - RGN Driver
About The Position
BB8 Freight is hiring a CDL-A RGN Driver for over-the-road freight transportation. The company emphasizes safety, dependable support, smart dispatching, and driver profitability. Drivers are paid weekly through direct deposit every Friday, with pay based on 28–30% of load gross and stated weekly pay of $3,000–$5,000. Drivers are out for three weeks, then receive four full days at home and resume duty on the fifth day. The work involves live loading and unloading on flatbed trailers measuring 48 or 53 feet. Applicants with RGN experience are encouraged to mention it. The position is identified as contract work, and the work location is on the road.
Requirements
- At least two years of verifiable CDL-A experience.
- Verifiable flatbed experience.
- No more than three moving violations in the last two years.
- Experience transporting loads such as lumber, steel, coils, heavy machinery, or equipment.
- Experience using chains, chain binders, straps, tarps, blankets, dunnage, and edge protectors.
- No SAP violations.
- Must not hold a California CDL.
- CDL A license required.
- Application questions ask about experience driving over the road across all 48 states or most of the continental United States, and experience using bungees in addition to the listed securement equipment.
