OTR CDL - A - RGN Driver
About The Position
BB8 Freight is hiring a CDL-A RGN Driver for over-the-road freight transportation. The company emphasizes safety, dependable support, and dispatching intended to help drivers maximize earnings. The position pays 28–30% of load gross, with stated weekly pay of $3,000–$5,000 and direct deposit every Friday. Bonuses are available for safety, referrals, and clean inspections. Drivers use late-model equipment and haul flatbed loads on 48-foot and 53-foot trailers, with live loading and unloading. The schedule is three weeks out followed by four full days at home, with duty resuming on the fifth day. Work is on the road.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of verifiable CDL-A experience.
- Verifiable flatbed experience.
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years.
- Experience hauling loads such as lumber, steel, coils, heavy machinery, or equipment.
- Experience using chains, chain binders, straps, tarps, blankets, dunnage, and edge protectors.
- No SAP violations.
- Must not have a California CDL.
- CDL-A license required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with true OTR driving across all 48 states or most of the continental United States.
- Experience with bungees.
- People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply.
